"I chose to join aKDPhi because I wanted to find a close knit group of girls that would support me as I get out of my comfort zone. Throughout my time in aKDPhi I’ve been able to develop my leadership and soft skills along side some of my best friends!"- #203 - An- An "Erythεia" Nguyen

"I chose aKDPhi because as a first year I felt as though I missed out on joining Asian orgs, and really wanted to find a group of people who I felt as though I could relate to culturally as as an Asian American. I’d always felt isolated from the rest of my family growing up in America as most of them live in Hong Kong, and felt as though I didn’t truly belong here because of my culture but also not really there because of my upbringing here. I really wanted to find people that might’ve had similar experiences and I feel as though I’ve found a really good community in aKDPhi. I really love the people that I’ve gotten to meet in aKDPhi and am really grateful for the wonderful memories and leadership opportunities I have gotten through it." - #202 - Megan "aM'ours" Leung
